Refund & Returns

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied please contact True Hidration through the Refund & Returns page within 21 days of delivery for a refund or a potential exchange.

True Hidration cannot accept physical returns for sanitary reasons unless the item is contaminated, then it must be physically returned.

• You can receive a return of your purchase price. However, shipping and taxes are Non-Refundable and there is a 20% restocking fee. 

• For items received damaged, customers can receive a refund or an exchange.

• For items lost during shipping, customers can receive a refund or a new one sent out for free. 

• For contaminated items, customers can receive a refund or an exchange once the items are returned. (Free Return and potential Full Refund)
