Consuming water without actually drinking it.
I get it you hate water. I used to hate it too, but then I double-filtered my water (crazy, I know) and now it's delicious. Nevertheless, there are so many drinks out there that contain water, allowing you to stay hydrated without the taste of water.
Your body needs water and so does your skin. The skin/ can suffer from the following problems if it doesn't get enough water:
Increased fine lines
Dull skin
Dry lips
Patchy skin
Sunken eyes
scaly skin
A lack of plumpness
Also, if your body doesn't have enough water it struggles to function since it is used in every process it does to keep you alive.
Here are some pretty common drinks that will keep you hydrated and help your nutrition levels.
Milk (Dairy/Vegan):

"Whole cow’s milk contains about 87% water. The remaining 13% contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals " according to a Harvard article.
Juices and Lemonade/Limonade:

Fruits and vegetables naturally have a lot of water and sugar. Look for brands that don't add sugar. If you can't find one, water down your juice. Also, look for juice with actual juice in it and not flavoring. Finally, if you can afford it, buy a juicer. Here are some recipes. Plant milks are similar. The best milk alternative (in my opinion) is oat milk which is about 90% water.
Herbal Tea:

There are so many herbal teas out there. The benefits are going to range. Camomille tea, Rooibos, Mint, passionflower, and all the proprietary blends are going to offer you different things. Just make sure you don't add too much sugar.
Non-herbal teas such as black tea or oolong have caffeine. Caffeine is believed to be a diuretic which reduces water.
Coconut Water:

It contains many electrolytes such as potassium, magnesium, and calcium. Some consider it a natural Gatorade but with less sugar. Buy a brand that doesn't add sugar.
Cactus Water:

Is a powerful antioxidant that also has antioxidants.
Bringing it back to dry skin. Healthy skin is both hydrated and moisturized. Dry skin doesn't produce enough sebum creating a weak skin barrier that can't seal-in hydration. Through a process called transepidermal water loss, you go through all this effort to hydrate your skin, only for it to evaporate quickly and thoroughly from the surface.
Prevent it and Repair the barrier!
The only way to achieve true hydration is with moisturized skin. Use True Hidration's Crafted Face Oils or the 100% pure single oils.
